As President of Tobu Print Group, Inc., Marcia Mosko brings a broad range of creative talents to her clients and their projects. As a graphic designer for over ten years, she created and implemented corporate identity programs for a broad range of clients.
She started in the printing business as a sales representative for Westland Graphics 20 years ago, where she established a reputation for working on innovative projects with some of the top graphic designers in Southern California. Many of those same designers are her clients today, and they still come to her to collaborate on new projects which push the creative capabilities of everyone involved.
Prior to starting in the graphic design and printing fields, Marcia ran the gallery of one of the first alternative art spaces, The Los Angeles Institute of Contemporary Art. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from California State University, Northridge and has completed numerous graphic design courses at UCLA Extension.

Chris Small, Partner
With 15 years experience in the graphics and printing industry, Chris Small, has the comprehensive knowledge and relationships needed to successfully develop his client’s print projects quickly and cost-efficiently. Chris started in the printing business with Litho Sales and moved up through the company to become the managing Executive Vice President. Through his long tenure with the company, he acquired experience in multiple product lines while managing a sales team.
Now a partner with Tobu Print Group, Chris provides an array of printing and packaging services to clients that range from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit groups ensuring that each job is developed in a high-quality, cost efficient manner. This commitment to quality and service has led to long-established relationships with a loyal customer base.
Chris is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
